Natalie Holtgrefe is an 10-year solar industry veteran. As part of the executive team, Natalie heads the marketing department and is charged with growing sales through various marketing channels with a major focus on digital marketing. Prior to joining Boston Solar in December 2016, she was the Senior Marketing Manager at Yaskawa – Solectria Solar, the #1 commercial inverter manufacture in the U.S., where she built the marketing department and strategy from scratch, managed day-to-day marketing activities including brand, strategy and pricing and led them through a $4B acquisition, over 100% growth and 90% CAGR.
Prior to joining Yaskawa, Natalie began her solar marketing career at Spire Solar, an equipment manufacturer for modules, where she helped develop the strategy and branding for the Company as well. She is bilingual in English/Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fitchburg State University and Master of Arts in Spanish from New York University. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling (especially to Spain), fishing, lobstering, gardening and beekeeping.
