Natalie Holtgrefe is a 10-year solar industry veteran. As part of the executive team at Boston Solar, Natalie heads the marketing department and is charged with growing sales through various marketing channels with a major focus on digital marketing and outreach. Prior to joining Boston Solar in December 2016, she was the Senior Marketing Manager at Yaskawa – Solectria Solar where she built the marketing department from scratch, managed day-to-day marketing activities including brand, strategy and pricing. She led the department through a $4B acquisition, over 100% growth and 90% CAGR from 2010 to 2016 resulting in their industry leading status.
Prior to joining Yaskawa, Natalie began her solar marketing career at Spire Solar, an equipment manufacturer for modules, where she helped develop the strategy and branding for the Company as well. She is bilingual in English/Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fitchburg State University and Master of Arts in Spanish from New York University. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling (especially to Spain), fishing, lobstering, gardening and beekeeping.
