Boston Solar is seeking two experienced Field Solar Specialist, to specialize on either the south or north shore, to join our growing solar family. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing organization in a role with unlimited earning potential and career opportunity. The primary focus of this role will be to generate leads via working events and through Boston Solar partnerships.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

TITLE:                           Field Solar Specialist
SUPERVISOR:             Field Specialist Manager
CLASSIFICATION:       Full-time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the creation of qualified leads to meet personal and team sales goals and objectives
  • Set up Boston Solar displays and collateral (must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.)
  • Travel to locations throughout Massachusetts to attend events
  • Consistent communication and Team Lead
  • Must be available to work weekends and take days off during the week
  • Work with team lead to determine weekly schedule and maintain weekly, monthly quota
  • Will specialize on Boston's south or north shore, please indicate your preference

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive attitude, resilient, high energy, passionate, competitive, and integrity required
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, ppt, Office 365)
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solar experience a plus
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM
