"Boston Solar installed a 8.5kW ground based system at my home in Boxford, MA in Oct. 2016. Going solar is a significant investment so while the economics made sense from the very first meeting, I needed to take the time to ensure I was understanding everything properly and to really weigh the pros and cons. This is a process that took weeks and my representative, Todd M., patiently answered all of my questions/concerns. I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't ready to make. Once the decision was made and the contract was signed they provided the necessary support to secure the financing through Mass Save. When that was done, Boston Solar took care of everything else. Everyone involved in the installation were very friendly and professional to deal with and always communicated what was being done and when. Any time I had a question or concern throughout the process, someone was quick to respond. I really could not be any happier with how the whole process went. It was a pleasure to work with the team at Boston Solar because they all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend Boston Solar to anyone."
